Starting Tuesday and Thursday, next week, May 19, 2026 and May 21, 2026, you may begin submitting the following hardcopy requirements:

• Original PSA Birth Certificate
• 2x2 ID Picture with white background and nametag
• Original Report Card
• Original Good Moral Certificate
• Medical Requirements

Kindly place all documents inside a long brown envelope and submit them to the Admin Office located at the CTU Balamban Gymnasium.

Please be informed that medical requirements may be submitted to follow if not yet available. However, applicants are encouraged to submit their school records first.

Previously secured medical documents may still be accepted provided they remain valid within the following periods:

Please note that the scheduled interviews are only for applicants who have already taken the entrance exam. If you haven't taken the exam yet, kindly wait for further updates of the status of your application in the Admission Portal.
