"Perceptions of Human Rights for Older Persons with the theme,
Ang pagtanda ay "di nawalang kabataan"kundi isang prebilihiyo ng bagong yugto ng pagkakataon at lakas na ipinagkait sa karamihan."
With our very own Office of Senior Citizens Affairs chairwoman,our guest speaker,
Mrs.Crestita Arumpac and the 15 selected senior citizens of Balabagan Lanao del Sur.
