𝐇𝐨-𝐇𝐨-𝐇𝐨! 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐀 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥!

Today’s Division BISITA became extra special as none other than Schools Division Superintendent Bernadette A. Susvilla, EdD, CESO V, graced the school with her warm presence—and transformed an ordinary school visit into a memorable day of surprises, laughter, and generosity.

The highlight of the day was her delightful appearance as an “Early Santa Claus”, bringing not only encouragement but also cash gifts that instantly brightened the faces of the learners.

Several learners were recognized for their participation. Richie,Reyniel, and Allen proudly had their hair cut, while Rica and Jeciel showcased their neatly tied hair. Meanwhile, Shanyma and Adelina confidently answered questions during the visit. Each of the participating learners received ₱100, making their BISITA experience even more unforgettable.

But the generosity did not stop with the learners!

The teachers certainly did not want to be left behind. Looking stunning in their hero-inspired costumes, the faculty members also received ₱1,100 in recognition of their beauty, creativity, and spirited participation. The surprise continued as Principal Carvix Duran received an additional ₱500.

True to the spirit of camaraderie, the blessings were soon turned into a shared celebration, with the money going toward a sumptuous lunch for the day—a fitting feast after a morning filled with smiles, surprises, and appreciation.

More than a monitoring visit, today’s BISITA became a beautiful reminder that education is not only about classrooms and lessons. It is also about recognizing effort, celebrating people, sharing blessings, and creating moments that learners and teachers will remember.

With Ma’am Bernadette A. Susvilla, EdD, CESO V playing the role of an early Santa Claus, BISITA 2026 truly arrived with a little extra magic. 🎅🎁✨

Today, August 20, 2026, our Grade 12 learners proudly stepped forward for their Proposal Defense, showcasing not only their research proposals but also their confidence, critical thinking, and dedication to learning. 💡🎤

Under the guidance of their adviser, Mr. Jobert Maninang, the students faced the panel with courage and determination as they presented, explained, and defended their research.

Serving as panelists were Mr. Joel Gabas, Mrs. Ma. Janine Adalid, and Mr. Jobert Maninang, who provided valuable insights, questions, and constructive feedback to help our young researchers further strengthen their work.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Ikatlong Linggo ng Buwan ng Wika at Kasaysayan, naging makulay at makabuluhan ang flag-raising ceremony ngayong araw sa Okiot National High School sa pamamagitan ng isang Extemporaneous Speech sa Tagalog! 🎤📜

Sa harap ng watawat at ng buong paaralan, ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang tapang, talas ng isip, husay sa pagsasalita, at pagmamahal sa sariling wika at kasaysayan. ❤️💙💛

Boses ng kabataan, tinig ng bayan—sa sariling wika, kasaysayan ay ating buhayin at ipagmalaki! 🇵🇭

𝐋𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐋𝐒 𝐎𝐍, 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐔𝐏!

With a shared commitment to keeping school programs on track and instruction moving forward, Okiot National High School successfully conducted its 6th Coordination Conference last August 13, 2026 bringing together school personnel to align priorities, address pressing concerns, and strengthen the delivery of quality education.

Adding a fresh touch of professionalism to the gathering, the newly distributed DepEd lapels proudly made their debut during the conference, worn by the Okiot National High School faculty and staff as they took part in the 6th Coordination Conference.

Anchored on the theme of coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement, the conference tackled four major agenda items designed to ensure that school operations remain organized, responsive, and focused on learner outcomes.

The conference opened with a discussion on the Programs, Activities, and Projects (PAPs) for August 2026, highlighting the school’s key initiatives and activities for the month.

This was followed by updates on submission and compliance, emphasizing the importance of timely, accurate, and complete reports and documents to ensure smooth school operations and accountability.

The school also discussed Instructional Supervision Updates, providing teachers with important reminders and updates aimed at strengthening classroom instruction, monitoring teaching-learning practices, and addressing learners’ needs.

The conference concluded with Other Matters, giving personnel the opportunity to raise concerns, clarify issues, and discuss matters requiring collective attention and action.

More than just a routine meeting, the 6th Coordination Conference served as a platform for collaboration, alignment, and action—reminding every member of the Okiot NHS family that effective coordination is key to achieving shared goals.

More than just an accessory, the lapel represents the shared identity and dedication of DepEd personnel who continue to serve learners and communities with passion and purpose.

With every lapel proudly worn, ONHS faculty and staff carry a simple yet powerful message: “One DepEd, One Mission, One Heart for Every Learner.”

𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐀 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐎𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

OKIOT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL welcomed another meaningful BISITA (Bolstering Inclusive Supervisory Interactive Technical Assistance Program) today as Sir Ryan Villavicencio from the Division Office monitored the conduct of the Flag Raising Ceremony and the implementation of the school’s PEACE/LOVE Initiative.

With keen observation and purposeful monitoring, Sir Ryan looked into the different aspects of the ceremony and the school’s values-driven initiatives, ensuring that activities were carried out in accordance with standards and with meaningful participation from the school community.

But the BISITA did not end with the flag raising.

Following the ceremony, Sir Ryan conducted a short meeting with the school personnel to discuss important administrative matters, particularly the submission of Form 6 and updates concerning insurance requirements related to the Medical Allowance.

The visit became more than just monitoring—it became an avenue for guidance, coordination, and technical assistance, helping ensure that both school programs and personnel concerns continue to move in the right direction.

Through collaborative monitoring and open communication, ONHS continues to embrace every opportunity to improve, comply, and grow—one BISITA at a time!

Mas naging makabuluhan at makulay ang ikalawang linggo ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika sa Okiot National High School matapos iharap ng mga piling kinatawan mula Baitang 7 hanggang 10 ang kanilang mga makabuluhang tula.

Sa bawat salita, tinig, at damdaming kanilang ipinahayag, naipamalas ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang husay sa pagsasalita, tapang sa pagpapahayag, at pagmamahal sa wikang Filipino. Higit pa sa isang patimpalak, naging entablado ito upang marinig ang saloobin, pananaw, at mga salita ng kabataang Pilipino.

Ngunit hindi pa rito nagtatapos ang paglalakbay ng mga salita! 🎙️🔥

Sa susunod na linggo, mas paiigtingin pa ang hamon sa pamamagitan ng Extemporaneous Speaking na lalahukan naman ng mga kinatawan mula Baitang 11 at 12.

Mula sa inihandang tula, tungo sa biglaang hamon—handa na ba ang mga tinig ng Senior High School?
