With a shared commitment to keeping school programs on track and instruction moving forward, Okiot National High School successfully conducted its 6th Coordination Conference last August 13, 2026 bringing together school personnel to align priorities, address pressing concerns, and strengthen the delivery of quality education.
Adding a fresh touch of professionalism to the gathering, the newly distributed DepEd lapels proudly made their debut during the conference, worn by the Okiot National High School faculty and staff as they took part in the 6th Coordination Conference.
Anchored on the theme of coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement, the conference tackled four major agenda items designed to ensure that school operations remain organized, responsive, and focused on learner outcomes.
The conference opened with a discussion on the Programs, Activities, and Projects (PAPs) for August 2026, highlighting the schoolโs key initiatives and activities for the month.
This was followed by updates on submission and compliance, emphasizing the importance of timely, accurate, and complete reports and documents to ensure smooth school operations and accountability.
The school also discussed Instructional Supervision Updates, providing teachers with important reminders and updates aimed at strengthening classroom instruction, monitoring teaching-learning practices, and addressing learnersโ needs.
The conference concluded with Other Matters, giving personnel the opportunity to raise concerns, clarify issues, and discuss matters requiring collective attention and action.
More than just a routine meeting, the 6th Coordination Conference served as a platform for collaboration, alignment, and actionโreminding every member of the Okiot NHS family that effective coordination is key to achieving shared goals.
