Pursuant to the Memorandum issued by the Provincial Governor, classes in all DepEd Bais City public schools are suspended on Friday, August 7, 2026, as a preventive measure against the spread of conjunctivitis (sore eyes).

All learners, parents, and school personnel are encouraged to stay at home, practice proper hand and eye hygiene, and seek medical attention if symptoms develop.

Strengthening quality education through continuous monitoring and collaboration.

Dr. Lynn R. Demandarte of the Schools Division of Bais City conducted a comprehensive monitoring visit at Lonoy Farm School on August 4, 2026. The activity covered the Peace Rally, Flag Raising Ceremony, Evaluation of the 6S Quality Workplace, and the Conduct of Learners' Health Assessment and Screening (LHAS).

The monitoring activity highlights the Department of Education's commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, disciplined, and learner-centered school environment while promoting quality service delivery and continuous school improvement.

In its continuing commitment to ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs and initiatives, the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) of the Schools Division Office of Bais City conducted a program validation at Lonoy Farm School on July 23, 2026.

The validation was led by Ms. Maria Ligaya G. Panganiban, Education Program Specialist from the Curriculum Implementation Division, who assessed the school's implementation of various curriculum-related programs and initiatives. Among the areas validated were the Reading Program, including reading verification, Project LOVE, and other Curriculum Implementation Division programs designed to strengthen literacy, improve learner outcomes, and support the holistic development of learners.

The activity provided an opportunity to review the school's accomplishments, validate program implementation, identify areas for enhancement, and provide technical assistance to ensure alignment with Department of Education standards and objectives.

As part of the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) for Public School Teachers of the Department of Education, Mrs. Rotche Palabrica-Cuevas successfully conducted her Classroom Demonstration, followed by the Portfolio Annotation and Behavioral Interview, on July 23, 2026, at Lonoy Farm School.

The assessment process was facilitated by the evaluators Ms. Maria Ligaya G. Panganiban of the Curriculum Implementation Division, Schools Division Office of Bais City, and Ms. Janice Gail Amaro of Cambaguio Elementary School, who conducted the classroom observation, portfolio evaluation, and behavioral interview in accordance with the Department of Education's guidelines for the Expanded Career Progression.

Lonoy Farm School extends its sincere appreciation to the evaluators for their technical expertise and guidance throughout the evaluation process. The school likewise commends Mrs. Rotche P. In support of strengthening school-based agriculture and nutrition initiatives, Lonoy Farm School successfully hosted the Gulayan at Palaisdaan Alay sa Kabataan (GPAK) Parents' Orientation Program on July 22, 2026, at the Lonoy Farm School Conference Hall.

The orientation was conducted by the Provincial Agriculture Office and the City Agriculture Office, with the participation of parents and school stakeholders. The activity aimed to promote the importance of sustainable gardening and aquaculture as effective strategies in enhancing food security, improving learner nutrition, and fostering community involvement in school programs.

The activity was likewise monitored by the Schools Division Office of Bais City Health Section, represented by Mr. Darwin Galera** and Mr. Rowemar Palacios affirming the collaborative efforts of partner agencies in supporting the successful implementation of the GPAK Program.

As part of the Department of Education's Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd (OK sa DepEd) initiative, the Schools Division Office Health Section conducted the Learners' Health Assessment and Screening (LHAS) at Lonoy Farm School on July 22, 2026.

The activity was spearheaded by Mr. Darwin Galera and Mr. Rowemar Palacion of the Division Health Section, who conducted comprehensive health assessments and monitoring of the school's learners. The screening aimed to evaluate the general health status of learners, facilitate the early detection of health concerns, and ensure appropriate health interventions and referrals when necessary.

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠

On the afternoon of July 17, 2026 (Friday), the Grade 7 learners under the 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 of 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗬 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗠 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 dedicated their time to nurturing and caring for their growing seedlings as part of their experiential agricultural learning.

Guided by their class adviser, Mrs. Angelita Banjao-Tano Devela Cabanag, the learners enthusiastically carried out essential seedling care activities such as watering, monitoring plant growth, and maintaining healthy nursery conditions. These hands-on experiences allowed them to translate classroom learning into meaningful practice while strengthening their sense of responsibility, teamwork, and environmental stewardship.
