In running for a position as an officer in the Education Students' Association (EDSA), every candidate must:

• A bonafide student of Negros Oriental State University - Bais Campus 2, College of Teacher Education. (CTED) (officially enrolled during the semester of the election);
• Be in good academic standing in the College;
• Not been convicted of any disciplinary action at the University and;
• For higher positions, must be a 3rd year in the academic year.

NOTE: Candidates may form their party for the campaign period.
