In 2013, Danny Forio, a high school graduate and veteran networker founded Failla Academy to fulfill his vision of professionalizing the networking industry. He started to search for a possible location for the academy. He found himself in Baguio City where the former Mabuhay Inn building in Marcos Highway catches his attention. 0 in Odiongan Romblon, Philippines, CEO-entrepreneur Danny Forio began to show an interest in business, specifically in network marketing at age 17. Through personal business ventures with different networking companies for more than a decade, keen business strategy and aggressive business tactics, he and his partners pioneered and led the largest, and the most dynamic group of sales and marketing enthusiast, Fire.Net International. In the process, Danny became inspired to pursue his vision of building a school that will cultivate learning and empower the learners to pursue their dreams, and to help other people through business. Danny Forio decided to establish the school in Baguio City because of its strategic location and relaxing cool climate. It also helps that some of his business partners are from the City. The academy primarily offers courses in Networking, English Proficiency and Strategic Planning. The academy’s Soft Launching was attended by family members, Fire.Net members and leaders from various networking companies on November 17, 2013. The seal of the academy was presented to the guests with the tag line “Lead to Inspire” since the academy aims to develop successful leaders amongst its students that will inspire others. Francis Ryan Sarmiento is the artist who created the seal. The academy opened its doors to the first batch of enrollees for Networking course on December 17, 2013. Forio Academy now Failla Academy is named in honor and gratitude to the founder’s parents. Despite not having a formal college education, Danny’s experiences made him continuously successful and happy in the degree called Life, he made the world his own oyster, and he is continually inspiring more people to pursue their desired life, and to chase what is best.
