Applicants who intend to apply via email are reminded to fill out and sign the PMAEE Application Form and submit it together with the following requirements:

• PSA Birth Certificate
• Identification Card
• SF10/Form 137 for current Senior High School students
• SF9/Form 138 or SF10/Form 137 for Senior High School graduates

The men, women, and cadets of the Philippine Military Academy mourn the passing of COL CESAR POBRE PROF (RET) — mentor, historian, and former Dean of the Corps of Professors (03 February 1974 – 04 January 1976).

His classes in PMA were remarkable—cadets were fully engaged and deeply inspired, seeing history not as dates to memorize, but as a powerful guide for service and leadership. He was truly ahead of his time in bringing our nation’s story vividly to life.

A scholar and servant-leader, he earned his PhD in History from the University of Karachi, continued to serve the AFP with distinction even after retirement, authored monumental works, and held senior academic and civic leadership roles. His legacy lives on in every cadet and officer who learned to love history, country, and service through his example.

Maraming salamat, Sir, for a life well-lived in the service of Duty, Honor, Country.
