July 24, 2026-High school students were divided in 4 teams and each team prepared healthy and nutritious meal for everyone. It was truly a learning experience for everyone and a fun time sharing meals with their schoolmates.

Earthquake Incident Report

Baguio Siloam Christian Academy (BSCA)

Date: July 9, 2026

Following the earthquake that occurred earlier today, an immediate inspection of the school campus was conducted to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, staff, and school facilities.

After a thorough assessment, we are pleased to report that Baguio Siloam Christian Academy (BSCA) is safe and has sustained no structural damage or other visible damages. All classrooms, offices, walkways, and other school facilities were inspected and found to be in good condition.

We are also thankful to report that all students who attended school today are safe, and no injuries or emergencies were reported during or after the incident.

The school will continue to monitor the situation and will prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone on campus. Should there be any further updates, the school management will promptly inform all parents, students, and staff.

"PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICES PROHIBITED DURING INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS"

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 6, s. 2026, titled Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE), all learners and school personnel are reminded that the use of portable electronic devices during instructional hours is prohibited.

This includes the use of cellphones, tablets, and other similar devices for non-academic activities such as social media browsing, online games, content creation, vlogging, and other activities not related to the lesson during class hours.

However, the use of electronic devices may be allowed in valid cases, such as for academic purposes and emergency situations, upon the guidance and permission of the teacher or school authority.

Everyone is encouraged to observe this policy to help maintain a focused, safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment for all learners.
