September is ***dePreventionMonth , a dedicated time to remind us that anyone can struggle with their mental health, including those who spend their days caring for others.
Caregivers and nursing aides are often focused on the well-being of their patients, but who checks on those who provide the care?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, a review identified 38 studies reporting mental health problems among healthcare workers. These findings further emphasize that mental health struggles can affect people across all sectors, including those working on the healthcare industry.
As we observe World Su***de Prevention Month, Medline Baguio joins the community in reminding our fellow healthcare workers: your well-being matters, too.
