Here is the process so that we can facilitate your application for ETEEAP
..
1. Fill out the ETEEAP application form.
2. Photocopy all your certificates of employment, seminars and trainings to be sent to this office.
3. Narrative of your task/work which does not have any certificate.
4. Photocopy of picture(s), certificates of seminars/ trainings you attended. (if any)
Send me all these via Fedex, DHL, or LBC.
