Student journalists participated in a Journalism Seminar, Workshop, and Contest themed โEthical and Responsible Media: Empowering Student Journalists in Communicating Truth.โ
The event aimed to enhance participantsโ knowledge and skills in news writing, photojournalism, feature writing, editorial writing, and editorial cartooning. Resource speakers provided valuable industry insights and practical techniques, emphasizing the importance of accuracy, fairness, responsibility, and ethical standards in campus journalism.
Through this learning experience, the student journalists were encouraged to become responsible communicators and advocates of truth in their school community.

A meaningful gathering of our PTA officers was held for the Orientation and Awarding of Committee Chairmanship, centered on the theme: โPartners in Faith, Formation, Learning, and Service.โ
The meeting included an orientation on the PTA Constitution and By-Laws, followed by the designation and awarding of certificates to our dedicated committee chairpersons who will lead and support various areas of our school community.

โAng wikang minamahal ay bayang pinahahalagahan; ang wikang ginagamit ay kulturang isinasabuhay."
Ngayong buwan ng Agosto, buong dangal at pagmamalaki na nakikiisa ang Saint Louis School of Aurora Hill, Inc. sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026 sa temang: โWikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.โ
Sa panahon ng mabilis na pag-unlad ng teknolohiya at Artificial Intelligence, pinatutunayan nating ang Wikang Filipino ay patuloy na umuunlad at nananatiling mahalagang sandigan ng ating pagkakakilanlan, kultura, at bayan. Ang AI ay maaaring maging makapangyarihang kasangkapan, ngunit ang tao pa rin ang nagbibigay ng puso, layunin, at pagpapahalaga sa bawat salitang ginagamit.
Inaanyayahan namin ang bawat mag-aaral ng SLSAH na makiisa sa mga gawaing magpapalalim sa paggamit, pagpapahalaga, at pagmamahal sa Wikang Filipino bilang wika ng kaalaman, kultura, at pagkakaisa. Nawa'y magsilbi itong inspirasyon upang patuloy tayong magsalita nang may dangal, magsulat nang may layunin, magsaliksik nang may integridad, at ipagmalaki ang ating sariling wika.
Sapagkat ang Wikang Filipino ay hindi lamang midyum ng komunikasyonโito ang kaluluwa ng ating bansa, salamin ng ating kultura, at pamana ng ating kasaysayan.

Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong has suspended face-to-face classes from Preschool to Grade 12 in both public and private schools on Friday, August 7, due to the Yellow Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA.
To ensure learning continuity, schools shall implement the appropriate alternative delivery modalities, including:
โข Modular Distance Learning
โข Online Distance Learning
โข Blended Learning, where applicable
Public schools shall implement the appropriate HINAY Protocol in accordance with Department of Education (DepEd) guidelines to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of learning.
The Number Coding Ordinance will be implemented.
The public is advised to remain vigilant and monitor official weather and safety advisories. In case of emergencies, call 911.
