The Baguio Central University Junior High School Department celebrated Stress Awareness Month with a mini activity, "๐‘ท๐’๐’‘ ๐’š๐’๐’–๐’“ ๐’Š๐’๐’”๐’†๐’„๐’–๐’“๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’†๐’”". Led by the interns from President Ramon Magsaysay State University, Ms. April Doble and Ms. Mariekris Rolls helped the students release stress from the incoming exams and stress from their identified insecurity. Using a list, students identified their insecurities and popped the balloon with its corresponding color.

It was a loud day indeed! Students of different grade levels engaged in the activity, some more excited and passionate than others. The stress was expressed! Some were proud of identifying their insecurity and some were secretive about it. Nonetheless, it was a fun day for all, alleviating a little bit of pressure from the daily tasks.
