Earlier today, June 3, 2026, at around 2:00 PM, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭, a graduating Accountancy student of the University of Baguio, voluntarily turned over ₱11,000 in cash to the Security Office after discovering that it had been mistakenly handed to him.

Despite not knowing the rightful owner and having every opportunity to keep the money, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭 chose to do what was right and immediately surrendered it to the proper authorities.
