First of all, I am deeply grateful to God for always guiding me all throughout my NCLEX journey and for always giving me strength. Thank you also to my sister, who is always pushing and keeps on believing in me that I can do it (she’s also a RayGapuz baby). And thank you to my husband and family, who are always there and help me in praying for all my exams.

I passed my PNLE after 5x of trying, but because of RAGRS, I was able to see my name on the list of the passers. Now, on my NCLEX journey: 2 Comprehensive, 2 Bootcamp, 2 Quickfix, and 2 weeks of simulation, again, because of the help of RAGRS, I got the 4 letters that I always pray for - PASS !! Until now, I’m overwhelmed that I passed the exam. I finished the exam with 150 items & 27 seconds left on my time. (would you believe, ako nalang natira sa 7am-12nn batch na nag exam, nadatnan pa ako ng 12nn batch, kaya grabe na taas anxiety & pressure saken) But after my computer shut down, I just prayed and said, “Lord, I surrender everything to you, kayo na po bahala kung ano man maging result ng exam ko, I will accept if I fail or pass.”

“You call me out upon the water. The great unknown, where feet may fail, and there I find You in the mystery in oceans deep, my faith will stand” - Oceans by Hillsong. One of the songs that I love to listen to and keep my faith in God.

To Doc Ray and to the whole RAGRS, thank you so much, naging family talaga kayo samen, you always help us to pass the exam. grabe galing niyo magturo, pinapadali ninyo na maintindihan namin ang Functional Concept. RAGRS is the best!!

A dream becomes reality when faith meets preparation. I’m beyond grateful to share that I officially passed the NCLEX and am now a USRN, and this journey would not have been possible without the Ray A. Gapuz Review System (RAGRS).

A year ago, I passed the PNLE with the help of RAGRS. Today, I’m celebrating another milestone which is passing the NCLEX, still guided by the same review system that believed in me from the very beginning.

First and foremost, I thank God for giving me strength, clarity, and guidance throughout this journey. Every step was filled with prayers, doubts, and breakthroughs, and He carried me through all of it.

I also want to commend ITAPS Gapuz for making my NCLEX processing smooth and stress-free. They were very accommodating and always kept me updated, which gave me peace of mind during such an overwhelming process.

The 3-day Quickfix and simulator tests truly molded me on how to answer NCLEX questions. Their Functional Concepts approach, along with the holy trinity of review materials: the NCLEX-RN 311, Pharmacology book, and Nursing Reminder Sheets, helped build a strong foundation. Everything was brief, concise, and high-yield, making the concepts easier to understand and retain.

The Resetas were a big help as well. I’m also very thankful that I attended the Free NCLEX Study Group last December 8, lectured by Ma’am Maclaine, the topic she discussed actually came out in my exam! I was so grateful I attended that session.

RAGRS truly provides all the resources you need to pass. I honestly never expected my exam to stop at 85 questions because I doubted my capabilities, but the preparation and materials given to me made all the difference.

As written on the reminder sheets:
“He who gives his best, will pass his test.”
And I truly lived by that.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Sir Ray A. Gapuz for his dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to teaching and helping nurses succeed. His vision, discipline, and genuine concern for every nurse’s journey are truly inspiring. Through his guidance and leadership, countless nurses, including myself, were given not just knowledge, but confidence and direction. First of all I give all glory, honor, and thanks to God for blessing me with success in passing the NCLEX for First try. I couldn’t even imagine that I would still be able to take this exam. This journey was not easy; it was filled with long nights of studying, moments of doubt, and times when the weight felt too heavy to carry alone. Yet, God’s faithfulness never left me, and He placed the right people around me to help me through.
Sir Ray, gusto ko lang po sana magpasalamat sa inyo took the exam Dec 17, question stops at 108 items na consume ko po yung full 5hrs. I am deeply blessed kasi sa dami po ng Review Center sa inyo po ako nag enroll. Kayo po ang ginamit na tool for helping me to take the exam smartly. Umattend po ako ng Quickfix November 3-5 and right after Quickfix hindi napo kami umuwi ng wife ko, for 40 days nandun po kami sa simulation room, kung maalala niyo po ako yung nanghihingi ng reseta po pero hindi po pala pwede pa kasi hindi papo schedule. Kaya ang ginawa ko po yung mga nakasama ko sa simulation room hiningi kopo ang mga reseta nila para may mapag aralan muna ako and nireview kopo ulit yun gamit ang reseta po na binigay nyo personally sa akin dun po ako nahasa at madevelop ang stamina para sa mahabang mga Case Study, ksi 2007 papo ako graduate and need kopo talaga mag update sa mga new trends ng exam.
I attended 1 Bootcamp, 1 Comprehensive, and 1 Quickfix. Napakahelpful po ng mga tips nyo, and always open po ang simulation room for us to exercise answering ng mga questions. During exam familiar po ako sa mga questions kasi un po ang mga topics na tinuro nyo sa amin.
Thank you po Sir Ray for being generous in so many ways. Gift po kayo ni God para sa aming mga nurses. May God bless you more with good health and wisdom. I want also to thank those RAGRS IT’s, staffs, mentors, especially Sir. Jimmy, Mam Maclaine and Mam Sol for their sharp comprehensive review approach.
Also, I am deeply grateful to my ever-supportive parents-in-law especially my mother-in-law “Mama, I know konti na lang po naitutulog niyo just to add more hours sa work niyo para lang maka assist sa mga expenses namin and monthly obligations. I am blessed to have you as my second mom. You were truly my prayer warriors—covering me in prayers, encouraging me when I felt discouraged, and generously helping me with my financial needs during this journey. Your love, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in me gave me peace and strength when I needed it most. I truly felt your prayers carrying me through every step. Thank you po ulit.
Lastly, thank you to my wife who make the DIY processing of my applications, registering and booking all the required needed in behalf of me to ease on my part, for constant support, my strength, and my partner through it all. Thank you for assisting me throughout my review, for your patience and during my stressful days, for believing in me even when I doubted myself, and for never giving up on me. Your love, encouragement, and sacrifices made this achievement possible. And also thankful to my parents and siblings who understands my situation when I am not present to assist our parents that hospitalized that time, thank you to all of you.
