As we mark the 128th Philippine Independence Day, this truth rings true for everyone gathered: CSC Officers, Criminology & Forensic Interns, ROTC, faculty members, and personnel from RMFB 15. Through a road run and meaningful seminar, we honored the courage of those who came before us.

“Independence was never given—it was imagined, fought for, suffered for, and won by people who were told they were too weak to govern themselves.”

Atty. Cheryl L. Daytec-Yangot reminded us that freedom is not just a memory—it is a responsibility. Those who once proved their strength against oppression now pass the torch to us: to serve with integrity, uphold justice, and defend the liberty they secured.
