We are hiring for the Evening Shift (6:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

• This is our core teaching schedule with the highest student demand
• Ensures stable bookings and higher earning potential
• All teachers are required to commit to this schedule

Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and personalized English lessons using provided materials
• Help students improve grammar, pronunciation, and fluency
• Provide clear and constructive feedback
• Track student progress and attendance accurately
• Maintain interactive, structured, and goal-driven classes
• Adapt teaching style based on student needs and culture
• Follow company teaching flow and quality standards
• Participate in training and continuous improvement sessions

Requirements:
• Must be available 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• TESOL / TEFL / IELTS certification is an advantage
• Strong English communication and pronunciation skills
• ESL teaching experience is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and with a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online teaching platforms

Technical Setup:

Schedule:
• Operating Days: Monday to Saturday
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM (REQUIRED)
• Daily Teaching Hours: 5.5 hours
• Commitment: Minimum of 6 months or 826 classes
