The beauty of teaching English online at home is that the hours you work and the schedule you set are purely up to you.
• Starting rate at 136 Php to 220 Php per hour plus generous bonuses, perks, incentives, and rate appraisals

• Frequency and mode of payment is twice a month via bank

Morning Shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 11:30pm

• At least 5.5 hours of work per day from Monday to Saturday and commit to working with us for at least six (6) months or 726 regular classes

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Teaching certification is preferred but not required
• Previous English teaching experience will be advantageous

• Teach English skills online to Vietnamese students
• Provide verbal and written instructional feedback to students
• Assess and evaluate students' performance
• Grammar and pronunciation corrections
• Provide feedback and class remarks
• Keep every lesson simple and fun!
• Encourage the students to follow directions to help them understand the lesson in a short time
• Perform basic troubleshooting of technical aspects of the class
• Report any issues with classes
• Adjust to the learning levels of students
• Remaining knowledgeable about and respectful of cultural differences
• Observe and adhere to company quality assurance guidelines, including using online lesson tools, lesson delivery process, and standards
