It is a non-stock, non-profit, self-sustaining corporation formed in accordance with the Philippine Education Laws. The school is the sum of the vision and hard work of one whose goal was to establish a viable educational institution in Baguio City, and the commitment of a core group of teachers who saw the school as a mission entrusted to them by God. Under the leadership of the School President,

Ms. Margarita Cecilia Lijauco, the academic program was developed to emphasize language proficiency, to strengthen math and science skills and to encourage values formation. The academic programs are equipped with the richness of Dr. Maria Montessori's principles and methods. The administration, composed of highly qualified Filipino educators, supported by an equally capable Korean in the academe, are one in their commitment to the ideals of excellence and service. At present, every effort is directed towards generating meaningful knowledge to widen student opportunity, achievement and success.
