Ludus Human Resource Sourcing and Development- HRSD

Ludus Human Resource Sourcing and Development- HRSD Training and Consultancy Ludus, is a latin term for School. We are registered as Ludus Human Resource Sourcing and Development.

It is a non-stock, non-profit training facility created primarily to provide, conduct, facilitate career based trainings and development programs to individuals who are unemployed, underemployed or seeking for a career change. Background

We were initially organized to provide the necessary training to enhance the English speaking and comprehension skills of individuals or applicants willing and qualified to work in a call center– the booming industry. We assist the trainee on how to pass the employment processes of the call centers. The call center industry is the biggest employer in the Philippines and this will hold true in the next five to ten years. It offers employment opportunities across all ages as long as they possess the necessary skills and can work the graveyard shift or night shift. The skills required are good to excellent computer and communication skills. We are evolving to include in our training and development curriculum practical vocational/ technical short programs to accommodate the need for human resource of businesses and career demanding companies and to resolve job-skill mismatch.
