A strong start for the Berkeley Golf Team! ⛳

Our student golfers finished Top 3 at the JGFP Preseason Interschool Golf Tournament, held on August 8, 2026, at Mimosa Plus Golf Course.

Representing Berkeley were the following:

Zyrah Florianne De Leon
Zyriel Mharisse Datuin

Zyrah placed 3rd individually, Zyriel finished 4th, while Amiya, Skye, Bhenjur and Xian helped the team secure its Top 3 finish with a strong performance.

Grateful for another opportunity to compete and represent Berkeley Basketball. 🏀💚

Our teams gave their best at the NBL 3x3 Baguio–Benguet Qualifiers, and we’re thankful to come away with:

🏆 17U Champion — Berkeley Pikachu
🥈 17U 1st Runner-Up — Berkeley Knights
🥈 15U 1st Runner-Up — Berkeley Titans
🥈 13U 1st Runner-Up — Berkeley Minions
🥈 12U 1st Runner-Up — Berkeley Sentinels

More than the medals, we’re proud of the effort, teamwork, and lessons our players gained throughout the competition.

Thank you to our parents, coaches, supporters, organizers, and everyone behind the Berkeley Basketball program for continuously giving our young athletes the opportunity to grow and compete.

We still have a lot to learn and a lot of work ahead of us. For now, we’re simply grateful for the experience and the opportunity to move forward.

Thank you for making the time to connect with us!

To all our parents, guardians, and guests who joined us today at the Hyundai Showroom, thank you for spending your Saturday morning with the Berkeley community.

As we shared what lies ahead for this year academic year and our continuing journey toward becoming a Lighthouse School, we were reminded that this journey is one we take together, as we continue to model, build, and share with every Berkelean.

Congratulations, Daphne! 💙

We’re celebrating another wonderful achievement from our Grade 10 student, Daphne Callejo, who brought home two medals from the 2026 SMART MVP Sports Foundation CAR Best of the Best Kyorugi and Poomsae Taekwondo Championships, held on June 27, 2026, at the AATF Global Prayer Mountain in Tuba, Benguet.

Daphne competed in two categories, earning a Gold Medal in Kyorugi (Sparring) and a Silver Medal in Poomsae.

Learning doesn’t stop even when classes do.

To ensure the continuity of learning during weather-related class suspensions, Berkeley School will implement the STREAM (Students’ Technology Resources for Engagement and Asynchronous Mechanisms) Program.

Through STREAM, students will be provided with asynchronous learning activities that they can accomplish safely from home whenever face-to-face classes are suspended due to weather conditions.

This allows learning to continue while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our school community.

Representing Berkeley on the global stage!

Congratulations to our Grade 10 student, Wayne Wright M. Likigan, for representing Baguio City as an official delegate to the San Antonio Sister Cities Youth Summit, held from July 23-30, 2026, at Trinity University in Texas, USA.

Wayne was recognized with the Baguio City Plaque of Commendation for Excellent and Distinguished Representation for showcasing the leadership, character, and potential of Filipino youth on the global stage.

What a way to begin the academic year!

Despite the rainy morning, our students showed up with excitement, ready to begin another meaningful journey together.

The first day was filled with student onboarding, morning exercises, classroom orientations, and opportunities to meet new friends while reconnecting with familiar faces.

Berkeley School officially dedicated its newly improved School Grounds and Berkeley Food Hall in preparation for the opening of Academic Year 2026-2027.

The ceremony marked the completion of key campus improvements aimed at providing a safe, welcoming, and student-centered environment for the Berkeley community.

Present during the ceremony were Ms. Charis Christelle J. Go, School President, and Mr. Alfonso B. Astudillo III, School Principal, together with Ms. Karen Perez, a guest and proud parent of a Berkeley alumna, who shared a message and prayer for the administration, faculty, staff, and partners in preparation for the new academic year.

Also present during the ceremony were Patrick Diaz of Dream Court and Eunice Wong of Calajo Foodhouse, who reaffirmed their continued commitment and partnership with Berkeley School.

The newly renovated School Grounds and Berkeley Food Hall officially welcomed students on August 3, 2026, marking the beginning of another meaningful academic year.
