Dear Clients,

Please be informed that all student’s document/s requests will be handled by the Accounting Office located at the 2nd Flr. Admin Office 1 (Main Bldg). Online payments are no longer accepted, however you may settle your accounts over the counter.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Saturday & Sunday: per afternoon appointment

Document Request: Please message us your inquiry/request to verify the status of your account/document/file location.

Work in offices are suspended today, July 27, 2022 (Wednesday).
Requested school documents (Clearance Certificate, SF10/Form137, unclaimed Report Cards and other documents) will be released tomorrow, July 28, 2022.

Learners / Parents with complete clearance are encouraged to claim the credentials until July 29, 2022 (Friday).
Unclaimed School Credentials will be endorsed to DepEd - SDO Baguio City.

* Complete Clearance - please proceed to the Office of the VPAA
(Ground Floor, Building 2)
* Unsettled Accounts - please proceed to the Accounting Office
(2nd Floor, Main Building)
