In recent years, Vivixx Academy took a pause due to the challenges brought on by the pandemic. During this time, my husband Ace and I focused on Rural Rising Philippines, a movement that is working to improve the livelihoods of small farmers by connecting them with consumers, promoting sustainable practices, and strengthening local food systems through initiatives like community-supported agriculture. We share stories about our work and the amazing farmers we collaborate with on our FB page Rural Rising Philippines – feel free to connect with us there! The work we do there has deepened my understanding of collaboration, innovation, and building a sustainable future—vital values in education.
