As we ended our celebration last October 14, we carry with us lessons of self-care, gratitude, and hope.

From the fun Photo Booth and Word Search, to the meaningful Cross me Out, Letter to My Future, Gratitude Corner, Mindful Live Art Station, and What Am I?- each activity reminded us that caring for our mental health matters every day.
