The rules are simple! The colleges (𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 & 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦) will be going head-to-head to see who helps donate the most in this 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲. The winning college will be announced on May 5, 2026! Are you ready, racers?

The UP Baguio Fine Arts program and FA 192 BC 1 present an Artist Talk with Pepot Atienza on April 24 (Friday) at CAC Teatro Amianan, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM! There will also be a special screening of the animated short film Daisy!

Pepot Atienza, also known by his label Pepot ART, is a multi- disciplined artist specializing in kids' content, an aspiring filmmaker, and an advocate for children's rights based in Quezon Province, Philippines.

His diorama and children's illustration artworks have been recognized by both local and international illustration award-giving bodies and are notable for their uniqueness in style.

Currently, Pepot is an active member of various art organizations,facilitating workshops, volunteering for NGOs, and serving as a key speaker at art talks.

These achievements inspire Pepot to teach and share the joy of creating art in its many forms-children's book illustration, animation, and filmmaking.

| RE: Oil and Transportation Crisis

In light of the ongoing global oil price fluctuations and its impacts, such as the significant rising fuel costs, transportation fare increases, and its strain on public transportation systems, students continue to face significant challenges in their daily commute. These difficulties further intensified by traffic congestion, limited PUV availability, and financial constraints, directly affect students’ access to education and overall well-being.

In response to this pressing situation, the College of Arts and Communications Representatives have initiated the Student Transportation & Contingency Sensing Form to comprehensively assess how these issues influence students’ commuting experiences, expenses, and general welfare.

All for the shared commitment in prioritizing student welfare, the committee remains focused on advocating for a safer, more accessible, and more supportive academic environment for all CAC students.
