The Office of the Chairperson, Associate Justice Samuel H. Gaerlan, has issued Bar Bulletin No. 2, Series of 2026, dated December 8, 2025, concerning the “Application Requirements and Venue Selection Procedure for the 2026 Bar Examinations.”
