Please be reminded that all unvalidated receipts from the Open House must be validated by the Audit Committee on or before October 10, 2025.

Requests for validation of unvalidated receipts during the Open House beyond the said date will no longer be accommodated.

All applicable university organizations are advised to take note and comply accordingly.

The audit period was initially set for Monday to Saturday (July 21–26). However, due to the ongoing weather conditions and class suspensions, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

An updated audit schedule will be shared once regular classes resume. Please stay tuned for further announcements.
