Every October 7, the Church honors Our Lady of the Rosary, a feast established by Pope Pius V to give thanks for the protection granted at the Battle of Lepanto in 1571 through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Beyond its historical roots, this memorial invites us ICM Louisians to rediscover the quiet power of contemplation. Students can look to the Rosary as a spiritual grounding tool, where the gentle repetition of prayer offers a peaceful retreat from the pressures of exams and deadlines, reminding them they are constantly under a Mother’s care. Personnel, in turn, can draw from Mary’s profound ability to "ponder these things in her heart," utilizing her example to nurture their students with attentive, graceful mentorship.

We pray: Almighty God, we thank You for the gift of the Holy Rosary. We pray that every student and personnel at Saint Louis School Inc. finds solace and strength in its mysteries. May Mary’s gentle guidance lead us closer to Your Son, Jesus, transforming our classrooms into spaces of holy learning and mutual respect. Amen.

Alam naming marami sa atin ang kabado sa araw ng card giving 😮‍💨, pero pinapaalala namin na 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏. ✨

If you achieved your goal, then a job well done to you! 😁👍🏻 But if you think you could have done better, then chair up 🪑 because better days will always come.

Whatever happens this card giving day, OS or not, what matters most is being able to learn from yesterday and apply those lessons to become better today.

This divine silence emphasizes a life characterized by profound humility, reminding us that God’s greatest works often begin in complete obscurity before transforming the world. Her quiet arrival perfectly embodies the prophetic vision of Zephaniah 3:12, "But I will leave in your midst a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord," setting the stage for the Incarnation without worldly fanfare.

The Church beautifully captures this paradox of quiet hiddenness yielding universal glory in the traditional antiphon: "Blessed are you, O holy Virgin Mary, and most worthy of all praise, for from you arose the sun of justice, Christ our God."
This hidden greatness offers a profound point of reflection for us ICM Louisians and the whole Saint Louis School, Inc., teaching us that lasting educational and spiritual impact rarely requires a grand stage. The true strength of the SLSI community lies in the unseen, meticulous work whether it is the quiet dedication of educators designing data-driven teaching cycles for the learners, the repetitive discipline of late-afternoon trainings and rehearsals, or the simple, daily practice of civic etiquette on the streets of Baguio City. True excellence is forged in these humble, daily routines that quietly prepare hearts and minds for their greater calling!

We ask for her continued guidance in our unseen labors as we pray: We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen.
