As the curtains prepare to rise for one of the most anticipated events of the school year, we invited all SHS Grade 12 students to be part of an evening filled with elegance, celebration, and unforgettable memories.

The SHS Grand Gala SY 2025–2026, Grace & Grandeur: A Night of Social Splendor, is set to bring together the Senior High School Graduating Class 2025 for a night of sophistication, camaraderie, and recognition.

Before we gather for this special occasion, ALL REGISTERED Grade 12 attendees are required to claim their official invitations.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 Present your official School ID upon claiming your invitation.

🔹 Tampered, altered, damaged, or invalid IDs will NOT be accepted.

🔹 Invitations must be claimed personally by the registered attendee.

🔹 Claiming invitations on behalf of friends, classmates or any other individual is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Each invitation contains a unique attendance QR code that is specifically assigned to the registered participant. To preserve the accuracy of attendance records and ensure proper event entry procedures, invitations will only be released to the rightful recipient. No exceptions will be entertained.

🔹 Keep your invitation safe and secure. The invitation serves as your official event pass and contains important event information, entry requirements, attendance QR codes, and other necessary passes that will be used throughout the program. Lost, misplaced, or transferred invitations may affect your participation and access to event activities.

⚠️ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓: The claiming schedule will be strictly implemented. Students who fail to claim their invitations within the designated period will forfeit their opportunity to receive them. NO EXTENSIONS and NO SPECIAL CLAIMING SCHEDULES will be provided.

We encourage everyone to arrive on time and comply with all requirements to avoid inconvenience.
