NSTP 2 Students Trained in Lifesaving Skills 🩺On February 9, 2025, NSTP 2 students attended a Basic Life Support and First Aid Training at BCU Magsaysay Auditorium, facilitated by the College of Nursing and School of Midwifery. The session equipped students with essential skills to respond effectively during emergencies, reinforcing preparedness and responsibility.

Looking back at the NSTP 2 Sports Fest held on February 2, 2025, we remember a meaningful activity conducted prior to the deployment of our college students to their respective communities.
The event featured Larong Lahi and volleyball, highlighting teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, fostering camaraderie while underscoring the importance of unity, discipline, and physical well-being in preparation for community service.
As we move forward, we carry with us the lessons gained both on and off the field as we work collaboratively, support one another, and serve with commitment. We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this event.

The NSTP students of Baguio Central University participated in a Seminar on HIV, Basic Health Care, and Mental Health Awareness held on September 14, 2025. The activity aimed to promote health consciousness and social responsibility among students, reflecting the goals of the National Service Training Program (NSTP) in fostering civic awareness and community involvement. It also supports SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, emphasizing the importance of maintaining physical and mental wellness.
Esteemed speakers Dr. Anna May P. Mendoza and Dr. Geraldine S. Orasing shared their expertise to empower students with valuable knowledge for building a healthier and more compassionate community.

The NSTP plays a vital role in promoting awareness against illegal drugs, particularly through the use of social media cards. These cards can be powerful tools for reaching a wide audience and spreading vital information about the dangers of drug abuse.
These social media cards were made by the NSTP students to help raise awareness, promote support, and encourage positive action in the fight against illegal drugs.

Seminar on Health Education focusing on Dengue, Proper Handwashing, and HIV/ STD from the Dennis Molintas District Hospital last September 15, 2024.
This activity is to equip students with practical knowledge and skills to combat the spread of dengue within their communities, emphasize the importance of proper handwashing, and help students transition from young to responsible adults by addressing the prevalent issues of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
