The DBP INSPIRE Scholarship Program aims to support outstanding scholars in their
Bachelor of Elementary Education studies are subject to DBP policies and scholarship criteria.
Screening and ongoing compliance with retention regulations.

🔸 Incoming first-year college students or higher-level college students
🔸 Filipino citizens with GMC supported by a recommendation letter (from previous school)
🔸 Family or Guardians with an annual net income not exceeding Php 150,000.00
🔸 GWA of at least 85% (no final grade below 80% from the previous school term)
🔸 No existing scholarship or study grant from other benefactors
🔸 Must satisfy University of Baguio admission requirements

The University of Baguio congratulates the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) on achieving an impressive result in the recently held 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Results from the March 2026 Licensure Examination have been released via official PRC social media channels and the official website, garnering significant recognition and commendation from passers and board takers. Acknowledging the presence and efforts from exam takers and passers from the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) programs! ✨🎉

The LEPT examinations assess the skills and knowledge needed to instruct primary and secondary students. Guided by the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT), headed by its Chairman, Dr. Rosita L. Navarro; Vice Chairman, Dr. Paz I. Lucido; and members, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

🇵🇭UNIVERSITY OF BAGUIO AND CAS THAILAND COMMEMORATE THE 2026 CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM'S SUCCESS🇹🇭
Five students from the College of Asian Scholars (CAS) from Thailand just completed a significant five-month academic stay at the University of Baguio on May 14, 2026, resulting in a culminating experience and an outstanding international education portfolio. Handing over a special send-off ceremony at the university's Centennial Hall to honor their academic mobility journey. 🥳📚
The cultural exchange delegates joined the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) under the physical education program and the School of Business Administration and Accountancy (SBAA) under a specialized academic program that focused on marketing management. They arrived in early January 2026.
Aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4, 8, 11, and 17, the event created bridges that build long-lasting impressions with meaningful education and appreciation for diverse cultural settings for the students’ unforgettable experience as they return home and apply learnings into everyday life.🌟

Thank you for the spectacular stay, the warm hospitality, the exciting freebies, and the unforgettable experience that allowed us to relax, recharge, and create wonderful memories together. From the beautiful scenery to the fun-filled moments shared by everyone, the experience truly made this year’s R&R extra special.

Your generosity and accommodation made our getaway not just enjoyable, but genuinely meaningful for the entire UB STELA family. 🏖️☀️
