This 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧, we proudly celebrate 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 in the Philippines🇵🇭

It's time to open up, raise awareness, and recognize how mental health touches every aspect of our lives. Whether it's our relationships, work, or everyday interactions, 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡.

From educating ourselves about what mental health is to understanding the services and support available and advocating for those who need it, this month serves as a powerful reminder that 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚—not just those directly affected by mental illness.

Each step we take from starting a conversation, showing compassion, or learning more about mental health—𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙢𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙙.
