As announced in Administrative Memo No. 11, series of 2026, ๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ฌ๐ฐ ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ the Academic and Holy Week Break for the Louisian community. Furthermore, the SLU administration declared that classes in all levels shall be asynchronous on 28 March 2026.
With this in mind, all Louisians are encouraged to embrace this period as a time for rest, reflection, and renewal, especially amid global conflict and economic challenges. May we also use this opportunity to deepen our faith through solemn prayer and religious practices.
For guidance, classes and work will resume on Monday, 06 April 2026. We hope that all Louisians will return refreshed and revitalized.
Have a meaningful, peaceful, and restorative break, Louisians.

University President Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD, has officially announced the SLU Holiday Break, which will be from 20 December 2025, immediately after the Christmas Salu-Salo, until 04 January 2026.
This holiday break is intended to give the entire SLU community time for a joyful and well-deserved restโan opportunity to celebrate the season with family and loved ones, reflect on the year that has passed, and return refreshed and renewed.
Office work will resume and enrollment will start on 05 January 2026.
May this break be filled with peace, gratitude, and meaningful moments. Happy holidays, Louisians!

d. Dragonpay (Guide on how to pay thru dragonpay is available in your student portal dashboard)

Please be advised that University Cashiers will ONLY be available at the SLU MAIN CAMPUS.
For students at the MARYHEIGHTS CAMPUS (Bakakeng), the cashier will be open only on September 17 and 19, 2025, at the Accounting Office (SAMCIS).
NOTE: No distribution of EXAM PERMITS. Just pay for your per term (prelim/midterm/final) payable following the schedule of your exams.

As announced by the Department of the Interior and Local Government and based on National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council recommendation, classes at all levels in various provinces including Benguet are suspended on 24 July 2025 as a new tropical storm, Emong, has developed northwest of the country and is currently moving southwest.
Work in the University is suspended as well, except those offices identified for the exigency of the nature of the services they provide.
Letโs keep everyone in our prayers.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 90 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin, work in government offices and classes at all levels in various provinces including Benguet are suspended on 23 July 2025 due to heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon.
Work in the University is suspended as well, except those offices identified for the exigency of the nature of the services they provide.
