√ Requirements for incoming Grade 11:

2. Original Report Card (AF-5 for ALS Passers, PEPT result for PEPT Passers)

5. PERSONAL APPEARANCE of the parent & Student

√ Grade 11 Track Enrollment Guidelines:

a. Enrollment in the Senior High School (SHS) track must be based on the top three highest percentile ranks in the NCAE Aptitude Test for SHS Tracks.
b. To qualify for the STEM track:
- Students must have a final grade of at least 85% in both Math and Science in Grade 10.
- Students must also have a percentile rank of at least 86% in the STEM aptitude test.
