✔ Mga kabataang hindi nakatapos ng pormal na edukasyon (12 taong gulang pataas para sa Elementarya; 16 na taong gulang pataas para sa Junior High School)

✔ Mga nakatatandang mag-aaral (Adult learners)

✔ Mga inang nagpapasuso o mga magulang na nais pagsabayin ang pag-aalaga sa anak at ang pag-aaral.

✔ Mga manggagawang nagnanais na magpatuloy sa kanilang pag-aaral
