Here's my opinion on the Issue.
First, Let's define what is SLM? It is basically "Self Learning Module" provided by the DepEd.
Student Question: Sir Ano po ba yung Module or SLM? (note: nag tanong man ang bata or hindi, it is our duty to atleast tell and explain the Framework and Structure of a SLM.)
Teacher: SLM is a Self Learning Module and the structure of SLM consists of a 1. Pre-test, to check the prior knowledge of the learners, then after that
2. Lesson ( discussion with examples)
3. Post-test, to check if there is acquired knowledge of the learner and lastly;
4. Answer Key, for you to do a self check and try to go back those with incorrect answers.
Note: Ang Answer Key ay nasa module talaga. Ganyan talaga ang Framework and Structure kung paano gagawa ng isang module, SLM. There's nothing wrong with that!
Now, here is the real question.
Kung ang bata nag cheat and that will lead to dishonesty, Sino ang may kasalanan? Sino ang dapat sisihin?
Si module (SLM) ba kase may answer key or yung student kase nag cheat? 🤔
basically ang may kasalanan yung student kase nag cheat at diyan na papasok ang Values Education (GMRC) Tinuturuan natin ang mga bata ng tamang asal and all the core values of Education pero hindi parin natin madidiktahan ang gagawin ng bata so what we have to do is to atleast persuade them not to cheat. Try to have a wisdom talk the best way possible and encouragement para matamaan ang kanilang isip at damdamin. Its a matter of conscience, as a Teacher alam natin ito kung paano gawin diba?🙂

September 20, 2021- Naglabas ng memo ang DepEd at nilinaw ang isyung ito.
Ayon sa memo dapat MAIPALIWANAG ng mabuti sa mga magulang at mag-aaral ang bagong grading system -
na ang lahat ng mga gawain mula sa mga MODYUL ay para sa formative assesment LAMANG at hindi GRADED.
PARA HINDI NA SILA MANDAYA PA
Dapat mayroong transparency.
Nilinaw din sa memo na kasama talaga ang answer key sa mga modules para epektibong magamit ang mga ito.
