We are looking for a Reading Remediation Teacher to join our team! If you want to make a real, lasting impact on a child's life, this is your calling.

💡 Why this role matters: Every child learns differently. In this role, you won't be teaching a massive classroom with a one-size-fits-all lesson plan. You will focus entirely on individualized, 1-on-1 instruction tailored specifically to each child’s unique learning style, pace, and strengths.

👩‍🏫 Who we are looking for:
A Patient Advocate: You are deeply committed to helping children who face reading difficulties or learning gaps.
An Inspiring Educator: You know how to turn frustration into breakthrough moments and build a child's confidence.

Qualifications:
College student/graduate of Education, Psychology, or related courses with outstanding scholastic standing and excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

The School Fit program aims to equip children with the necessary reading skills as they read materials from school. In the process, the child’s reading stamina is developed. Instruction will focus on teaching effective reading comprehension skills and strategies when reading stories and informational texts. This program is for Grades 1 to 7.

Math becomes difficult for more students because they may need an understanding of mathematical concepts learned in school. The Math Remediation aims to explain these concepts as they process and solve word problems.

We must teach future Filipinos to process information, transforming them from passive readers and listeners into active analyzers and synthesizers of information.

Sa karamihan ng regions natin, lampas kalahati ang porsyento ng Senior High School (SHS) learners na nasa "Frustration Level" ang literacy, batay sa SHS Literacy and Numeracy Assessment.

🔴 Ang "Frustration Level" readers ay yung talagang nahihirapan na intindihin yung mga pang-SHS na readings, kahit pa may tulong na ni teacher. Sa sobrang hirap nung text para sa kanila, madalas nawawalan na sila ng gana at hindi makasagot kahit sa mga simpleng tanong o pag-summarize.

The Reading Remediation program is designed to improve found weaknesses resulting from a reading assessment or diagnostic teaching. Literacy skills and strategies are taught systematically and explicitly. Reading Remediation may be in Filipino or English.
