In view of the suspension of classes due to inclement weather conditions today, September 4, 2026, St. Mary's Academy of Caloocan City likewise suspends all classes.

Please read the advisory for important updates regarding the Mastery-Based Assessment, Wellness Break, Spiritual Retreat, and Siglaro 2026.

Students are advised to regularly check their MS Teams accounts for additional instructions and announcements.

📢 FIRST MBA Schedule Adjustment Notice

Due to the cancellation of classes brought about by inclement weather, the schedule for the First Term Mastery-Based Assessment has been moved from September 1-3, 2026 to September 2-4, 2026.

Please also note that there will be an adjustment in the testing schedule on September 4, 2026, as the First Friday Mass will be celebrated prior to the administration of the test.

We encourage everyone to take note of these changes and adjust their schedules accordingly.

📢 SMACC ADVISORY

In line with the suspension of face-to-face classes announced by the Caloocan City Local Government Unit (LGU), St. Mary's Academy of Caloocan City (SMACC) will implement the following schedule:

📅 August 28, 2026 (Friday) • Shift to Online Asynchronous Learning Modality • Classes will follow the regular Friday class schedule

📅 August 31, 2026 (Monday) • No Classes in observance of National Heroes' Day

📅 September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) • Resumption of Regular Face-to-Face Classes

📅 September 2-4, 2026 (Wednesday-Friday) • Updated Schedule for the First Term Mastery-Based Assessment (MBA)

SMACC will release the updated schedule of subjects to be taken each day for the First Term MBA tomorrow.

🚔 STRENGTHENING SCHOOL SAFETY AND PREPAREDNESS 🛡️

St. Mary’s Academy of Caloocan City, Inc. (SMACC) actively participates in initiatives that promote safety, preparedness, and emergency response awareness within our school community.

Through the PNP-Led Orientation and Simulation Drill on School Safety, students and school personnel participated in a safety orientation and simulation exercise facilitated by officers of the Philippine National Police - CALOOCAN, including members of the SWAT Team, providing valuable insights into emergency response and school safety procedures.

SMACC also joins the Nationwide School Safety Drill, reinforcing our commitment to building a community that is prepared, vigilant, and resilient. 🚨

In these times when communities face natural disasters, emergencies, and unforeseen challenges, let us unite in prayer and entrust our beloved school, our students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and all members of the SMACC family to God's divine providence.
