CARING MISTAH PLUS: Strengthening Support for Inclusive Learning
Paniki Elementary School | September 25, 2026
As part of the continuing efforts to strengthen the delivery of inclusive and quality basic education, Paniki Elementary School participated in a monitoring and technical assistance visit under the CARING MISTAH PLUS initiative.
The activity was led by Ma’am Hilda D. Aragon, PhD, Education Program Supervisor for Kindergarten and SNED, together with Ma’am Singasing G. Valdez, Public Schools District Supervisor of Bagabag I District, and the school heads and teaching personnel of participating schools.
The engagement focused on the implementation of appropriate instructional strategies, classroom practices, and interventions responsive to the diverse needs of Kindergarten and learners with Special Needs Education (SNED).
During the classroom observations and professional discussions, the education supervisors provided technical guidance and practical recommendations aimed at improving teaching practices, strengthening learner support, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
The activity also served as an opportunity for professional collaboration and sharing of effective practices among teachers and school leaders. Through constructive feedback and meaningful dialogue, the school community was able to identify areas for improvement and explore strategies that can further enhance learning outcomes.
CARING MISTAH PLUS highlights the importance of continuous technical assistance, collaborative supervision, and professional development in ensuring that teachers are equipped to respond effectively to the varied learning needs of every child.
Paniki Elementary School continues to support initiatives that promote inclusive education, responsive teaching, and continuous improvement in the delivery of quality basic education.
