Today, we remember the man who knew the risks of coming home, and chose to come home anyway. Ninoy Aquino's assassination didn't silence his voice but it amplified it, sparking a movement that would change our nation forever.

One gunshot at the tarmac tried to end a voice. Instead, it woke up a nation.

More than three decades later, his sacrifice still asks us the same question: what are we willing to do for the country we love?

Today, we don't just remember a man, we remember what it costs to stand for freedom.

GOD'S WORD OF THE WEEK 📖

PRAYER:
Lord God, search our hearts and reveal anything we hold onto more tightly than You. Give us the courage to let go of our pride, fears, and selfish desires so we can follow You wholeheartedly. Remind us that nothing this world offers can compare to the true peace and joy found in Your presence. Amen.

May this week’s Scripture remind us that true joy is found in surrender—calling us to release our pride and material attachments, trust God above all else, and follow Him with a willing heart.

Heavenly Father, help us surrender our fears, laziness, and distractions so we may grow in faith and wisdom. Give us peace during our academic struggles, and teach us to use our time and talents not just for our own success, but to serve You and be a blessing to others. Amen.

PRAYER FOR PROTECTION & SAFETY

In times of uncertainty and trial, we unite our hearts in faith, seeking divine grace, guidance, and safety for everyone in our community. Let us hold fast to hope, lift each other up, and pray for the strength to navigate through every storm together.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come to You seeking Your divine protection and guidance.
Shield our homes, our schools, and our entire community from harm. Extend Your hand over those in high-risk areas, keeping every family secure and out of danger's path.
Grant wisdom and endurance to our local leaders, emergency responders, and volunteers who are working tirelessly on the front lines. Fill our hearts with peace, replace our anxieties with hope, and strengthen our bond so that we may support one another through this storm.
