Heads Up: Grade 7 SPS Enrolment on May 25, 2026. To our student qualifiers, kindly bring your original student Report Card upon enrolment. You may approach our Grade 7 enrolment committee and look for Mr Jescel Tarongoy Templado Calidguid , our Grade 7 Lead Adviser and SPS Adviser and fill out the Enrolment Form.

The FINAL RESULT is IN! Here are the qualified student applicants to enroll for Badian NHS - Grade 7 SPS. Only 73 student applicants passed the 3 stages of the Division level screening process. CONGRATULATIONS! Here is the list of names in alphabetical order. Sectioning will be posted soon.

FINAL ADMISSION TEST on MAY 2, 2026 (8 AM) for the SPS Screening Process- All qualified applicants are advised to be early in the morning of MAY 2, 2026, SPS Building, for the Mental Ability Test. Pls bring regular black ballpoint pen (ballpen), drinking water and snacks. No cellular phones or calculators are allowed to be used. Kindly wear comfortable decent attire. Requirements (Place inside a long white folder and long plastic envelope):
1.Application Letter signed by the parent/guardian
2.One page Learner’s Profile (Refer to SPS Form 3.2) the learner with 2x2 picture (colored)
3. Birth Certificate from PSA / LCR
4. For grade requirements: ORIGINAL (to be returned to owner immediately) and Photocopy SF9 or Learner’s Progress Report Card (with the Grade of 87 and above in Math, English & Science; and no Grade below 85 in other subjects from 1st to 3rd quarters in Grade 6 computed as average) during the time of application.
5. Certification of Good Moral Character
6. Original and Photocopy of Certificates of Academic and Non-Academic Awards (Grade 4 - Grade 6)
7. Declaration of Medical Condition Form (Refer to SPS Form 3.0) with Medical Certificate
