๐พ Mini Habitat Diorama Activity๐พ
Our creative Angels proudly presented their Basic Needs of Animals Diorama!
Each diorama shows how animals survive and live in their natural environments.
Through this activity, students learned the four basic needs of animals:
๐ฑ Food โ Animals need food to grow and have energy.
๐ง Water โ Clean water keeps animals healthy and alive.
๐ก Shelter โ Animals need a safe place to live and protect themselves from danger and weather.
๐ฌ๏ธ Air โ Just like humans, animals need air to breathe.
Our angels used their imagination, creativity, and teamwork to build colorful habitats using different materials. From forests to oceans, every diorama tells a story about how animals live in nature.

Basic Needs of Animals: Shelter ๐
This week, our learners studied one of the basic needs of animals โ SHELTER. Through visual presentations and flashcards, they identified where different animals live.
They matched animals to their homes and created an art activity about animals that live in the barn.
Using visuals and hands-on activities helps our learners understand the lesson in a simple and meaningful way.

๐๐งฉ๐ป ๐Queens Row Elementary School Celebrates the 30th National Autism Consciousness Week 2026 ๐ป๐งฉ๐๐
This week, Queens Row Elementary School proudly joins the nation in celebrating the 30th National Autism Consciousness Week, promoting awareness, understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for learners on the Autism Spectrum ๐งฉ.
As part of this meaningful celebration ๐ป, the school implemented a lesson for the week focused on animals and physical activity, thoughtfully designed to support learnersโ sensory regulation, motor development, communication, and social participation. Through guided animal-themed movement activities, learners were encouraged to express themselves, stay engaged, and build confidence in a supportive learning environment ๐.
To strengthen values formation, each session concluded at the 1Pangako Pledge Wall ๐งฉ, where learners actively participated in making simple yet meaningful commitments. With the guidance of their teachers, learners wrote their names and pledged to be kind, follow rules, and care for others and living things. By placing their names on the Pledge Wall, learners were able to express their promises in ways that were accessible, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate ๐ป.
Through this integrated approach, Queens Row Elementary School continues to create learning experiences that recognize diverse needs while celebrating every learnerโs strengths ๐งฉ. Together, we build a school community where differences are respected, voices are heard, and every child is empowered to grow and shine .๐
๐ Awareness leads to understanding. Understanding leads to acceptance. ๐ป
