Stingrays, please be informed that pursuant to 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟲𝟬 (𝘀. 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟮) and 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟯𝟮𝟲 (𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟮) as embodied in 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟯𝟲 issued by the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, classes in state universities and colleges shall be suspended including government work on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆) starting at 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 in observance of 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 "𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮" 𝗗𝗮𝘆.

To all students who are planning to apply for the Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP), please be guided accordingly.

‎From every pencil donated, a new beginning was drawn.
‎
‎Through the 𝗥𝗲-𝗟𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀: 𝗜𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲, conducted during the Academic Year 2026–2027 Entrance Examination, we collected a total of 𝟲𝟬𝟮 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀, each one carrying the spirit of generosity and the hope of helping a learner take another step toward their dreams.

‎From these donations, we created 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘀, which were distributed to 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 of 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗜𝗩 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦) on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in coordination with 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗚. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮.

Today let's celebrate a meaningful milestone in the lives of our Central Student Government Graduates, Batch 2026! Today is Graduation Day, the result of all the effort, time, and energy you invested in learning throughout your academics as well as with our organization. You are finally walking across the stage today, a moment that you have worked so hard to achieve and to get your diploma.

This achievement is not just a mere event of stepping up on the stage to get your diploma, it reflects the countless hours of study along with many sleepless nights spent in pursuance of our goals, and all the challenges that you bravely faced throughout this ordeal. Although you are concluding this chapter in your life and moving to the next one, the commitment, devotion, and perseverance you have shown over the years are unforgettable for all of us.
