DepEd Sets New Age Requirement for Kindergarten – Order No. 15, s. 2025

Children must be 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟏 of the current school year in order to be eligible for Kindergarten.

We would like to inform all parents and guardians that the Department of Education (DepEd) has released 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟏𝟓, 𝐬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, which clarifies the official age requirement for Kindergarten enrollment.
