🌟 SHS Department Relief Drive for Typhoon Crising & Habagat Victims 🌟
When Typhoon Crising and the Habagat rains struck, countless families were left struggling in the aftermath. With hearts united in compassion, the Senior High School Department, immediately responded by spearheading a Donation Drive for the affected residents .
This noble initiative was made possible through the collective efforts of the Senior Supreme Student Council (SSSC), FLAMED, HOSA Officers (College Department) and our generous Perpetualite family, who selflessly extended their time, resources, and energy to support those in need.
📅 Date Implemented: July 25 – July 30, 2025
📦 Repacking Day: July 30, 2025 – Volunteers and students worked hand-in-hand to carefully organize every relief pack with essential items, ensuring that each family would receive not just goods, but also the care and love of the Perpetualite community.
📤 Turnover Day (to CES Office headed by Mr. Bennyl U. Ramos): August 1, 2025 – A total of 161 relief packs were officially turned over to the CES Office, a testament to the bayanihan spirit of our SHS Department and partner organizations.
🤝 Distribution Day: August 5, 2025 – The relief packs were successfully delivered to the affected families of Sitio Buhay na Tubig, bringing not only material aid but also hope, encouragement, and solidarity in their time of hardship.
More than just a relief effort, this initiative embodied the true essence of our Perpetualite mission: “Helpers of God” and “Character Building is Nation Building.” Every can of food, every repacked item, every prayer whispered during preparation represented a collective act of love and compassion that reached far beyond the walls of our institution.
To our SSSC officers, CES volunteers, FLAMED, HOSA, faculty, staff, and the entire Perpetualite community—thank you for proving that when we come together, no challenge is too great and no act of kindness is ever too small. Your generosity and teamwork transformed a simple donation drive into a lifeline of hope for many families in need.
💛 May this be a reminder for all of us to continue the spirit of bayanihan—to serve, to give, and to uplift—not only in moments of disaster, but in every opportunity life gives us to make a difference. 🙏✨
