Ngayong araw, ating ginugunita ang 𝑖𝑘𝑎-128 𝐴𝑛𝑖𝑏𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑎𝑟𝑦𝑜 𝑛𝑔 𝐴𝑠𝑒𝑚𝑏𝑙𝑒𝑎 𝑛𝑔 𝐵𝑎𝑐𝑜𝑜𝑟, isang mahalagang pangyayari sa ating kasaysayan na nagpamalas ng pagkakaisa at matatag na hangarin ng mga Pilipino para sa kalayaan at sariling pamahalaan.

Nawa'y magsilbi itong paalala na ang 𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒎𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒂 𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏 ay hindi lamang naipapakita sa malalaking sakripisyo, kundi maging sa ating araw-araw na pagkilos bilang responsable at makabayang mamamayan. Patuloy nating pahalagahan ang ating kasaysayan at isabuhay ang mga aral na iniwan ng mga naunang henerasyon.

Kahapon, Hulyo 11, 2026, nakilahok ang mga mag-aaral ng City of Bacoor National High School-Springville sa School-based Edition ng Game of Resilience.

Dinaluhan nina FJ Omanhan, Raine De Vera, Dhenise Lozano, at Ezikiel Malubay, na mga mag-aaral ng CBNHS-Springville ang aktibidad bilang pakikiisa sa National Disaster Resilience Month ngayong Hulyo. Ginabayan ang mga mag-aaral nina Sir Lymer Quiambao, SDRRM Coordinator; at Dr. Edwin Ugali, officer-in-charge.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 004-2026

Alinsunod sa masusing rekomendasyon mula sa ating City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC), na walang tigil na nagbabantay sa ating sitwasyon, at gayundin sa pinakahuling ulat mula sa PAGASA-DOST, ipinababatid po natin na SUSPENDIDO ang FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES sa LAHAT NG ANTAS (pampubliko at pribado) sa buong Lungsod ng Bacoor bukas, Biyernes, ika-10 ng Hulyo 2026 dahil sa patuloy na masamang panahon dulot ng Bagyong INDAY at ng pinalakas na Habagat (Enhanced Southwest Monsoon) na maaaring maging sanhi ng mga pagbaha at iba pang sakuna.

Kaugnay nito, inaabisuhan ang lahat ng ating mga paaralan na sumunod sa mga probisyon ng DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2024. Mangyaring mag-shift po tayo sa modular distance learning, performance tasks, projects, o make-up classes kung ano man ang angkop, upang masigurong tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang pag-aaral at natutugunan ang mga learning competencies ng ating mga mag-aaral.

Ang kaligtasan ng bawat Bacooreño ang ating pangunahing prayoridad. Hinihiling ko po ang lahat na manatili sa inyong mga tahanan, maging alerto, at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo mula sa ating pamahalaang lungsod.

Paalala sa mga magulang na huwag hayaang lumabas at maligo sa ulan, lalo na sa baha, ang mga bata upang maiwasan na sila ay magkasakit. Kung hindi maiwasan ang paglusong sa baha, magpunta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center sa inyong lugar upang mabigyan kayo ng kaukulang gamot kung kinakailangan. Samantalahin din natin ang panahong ito upang makapaghanda sa iba pang posibleng epekto ng paparating na bagyong Inday sa ating mga tahanan.

Sama-sama po tayong manalangin na nawa’y malampasan natin ang pagsubok na dala ng paparating na bagyo sa ating lungsod at sa buong bansa. Mag-ingat tayong lahat at patnubayan nawa tayo ng Poong Maykapal.

Ang kautusang ito ay epektibo kaagad.

Today, representatives from both public and private schools, barangay officials, partner agencies, and youth leaders gathered at the Barangay Molino III Covered Court for the Information Dissemination of the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) Ordinance Seminar.

The seminar focuses on spreading awareness about every child's rights and why it is important to protect them from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other forms of mistreatment. One of the main topics discussed was that protecting children is not only the responsibility of parents or authorities, but also the people around them. Even neighbors and concerned citizens should report if they saw or hear that a child is being abused or mistreated.
Participants also learned the proper process of reporting child protection concerns in the barangay. Reports can be made to the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) or any barangay official, where the concern will be documented and assessSed.

If needed, the case will be referred to the proper agencies so they can provide immediate action and assistance. The speakers also reminded everyone that reporting in good faith can help save a child from further harm.
Representatives from the Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) office also attended the semianr and shared insights about adolescent behavior and how the mentality of today's teenagers affects their decisions, emotions, and relationships. The discussion helps parents, teachers, and coommunity leaders understand the youth better and guide them in a positive wayyy.

The seminar serves as a reminder that protecting children is everyone's responsibility. By being aware, speaking up, and taking action, we can help build a safer and more child-friendly community where every child is protected and valued.
