Last April 30, 2026, at Barangay Talaba 3, Bacoor, Cavite, the initiative โ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ ๐ก๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ก๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐ป: ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐, ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ณ๐๐ฒ๐น, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒโ by the SDCA - Student Wellness Unit, and the SDCA Central College Student Council, in collaboration with the Community Extension Services Office (CESO), became more than just an outreach program it became a shared journey of compassion, service, and community. Through this effort, our jeepney drivers were given not only support but also recognition for the vital role they play in our everyday lives.
This initiative was made possible through the dedication and generosity of volunteers and donors from the HED organizations, Circle of Dominican Achievers, Dominican Dance Company, Dominican Youth Ministry, Red Concepts, and Laboratorium Duces, Agapayan: Dominican Peer Facilitators alongside the BED organizations including the Supreme Student Council, Dominican Computer Society, Dominican Society for Advancement in Modern Sciences, Dominican Vanguard, and Entablado. The School of Lifelong Learning and Technical Skills also extended their expertise through an informative TESDA discussion, with Mr. Benigno S. Refran Jr. sharing valuable knowledge and opportunities with our jeepney drivers.
The institution likewise extends its sincere appreciation to the Heads and Faculty, and to the School of Medicine, ICT Department, Building Administration Office, Purchasing Management Office, Health and Services Office, and Corporate Communications and Marketing Office, as well as the entire SDCA community, for their unwavering support. Through collective effort and bayanihan, this initiative stands as a meaningful reminder that we can uplift lives and help carry those who have long carried us.
