Our voice is a wonderful tool that we can use to heal ourselves and others. The frequency that our voice makes is a powerful medicine that helps bring our bodies to a state of alignment and healing. This is why singing makes us feel good and happy! It has the power to connect us to the deepest parts of ourselves! This is what encouraged my new student and good friend Mónica García to explore her voice to enable her to use it for this purpose. What a beautiful way to use and share this God-given gift!
