Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️ Today’s celebration became even more exciting with our Valentine’s Jail Booth activity. Many students were playfully ‘caught’ for stealing hearts and spreading too much love around the campus. With smiles and laughter, they stepped inside the booth, posed confidently for photos, and after capturing the moment, they were officially set free. The activity brought so much joy, fun, and bonding among friends. It truly made this Valentine’s celebration more meaningful and unforgettable for everyone who participated.

Clean hands are our first line of defense against germs and diseases. This Global Handwashing Month, let’s remind everyone that something as simple as soap and water can save lives. Maalilit na ngipin, masarap kumain~ Patingin nga ng maliliit na ngipin? 😁 Yun oh! Do you know what nursery rhyme does "maliliit na ngipin, masarap kumain" came from? Galing iyon sa pambatang kanta na 'Sampung nga Daliri' na lagi nating kinakanta noon. This February, during Dental Health Month, we the a campaign to educate our fellow students about the importance of oral hygiene. We demonstrated proper brushing techniques, and emphasized the link between oral and overall health. Diba ang sarap kumain kapag healthy ang mga ngipin natin? Kaya sama-sama tayo na alagaan ang ating mga ngipin sa pamamagitan ng regular na pag-toothbrush at pagkain ng tama.
