Announcement!
Please be informed that there will be NO TRANSACTIONS at the Registrar's Office today in compliance of the Memorandum Circular No
002-2023, Classes in ALL LEVELS, in both public and private school, as well as WORK in the government offices in the City of Bacoor are hereby SUSPENDED on Monday, 24, 2023 due to inclement weather brought by Tropical Storm "Egay".

Enrollment Procedure / Schedule of Enrollment
for 2nd Semester, A.Y 2022-2023
FOR REGULAR STUDENT (Old Student)
1. Students are required to fill-out the pre-registration form using the link below.

2. Registration Advisers will check and evaluate the student’s checklist and grades about their enrollment status before they proceed for Enrollment.
3. Certificate of Registration (Reg. Form) will be released by the Registrar's Office during the face-to-face enrollment as a proof of their enrollment for 2nd Semester. A.Y 2022-2023.
FOR IRREGULAR STUDENT (Old Student)
1. Students are required to fill-out the pre-registration form using the link below.

2. Registration Advisers will evaluate the student’s checklist and grades before they proceed for Enrollment.
3. Approval of subjects and units to be taken for irregular students will be determined by their respective Registration Advisers/ Department.
4. The approved Pre-enrollment Form will be submitted to the Registrar's Office for encoding of subjects.
5. Certificate of Registration (Reg. Form) will be released by the Registrar's Office during the face-to-face enrollment as a proof of their registration for 2nd Semester. A.Y 2022-2023.
FOR RETURNEE (Old Student)
1. Students are required to fill-out the pre-registration form using the link below.

2. Student may secure a copy of approved Re-admission Certificate and updated checklist that will be evaluated and verified by their respective Registration Advisers and OCR (Office of the Campus Registrar).

4. The approved Pre-enrollment Form will be submitted to the Registrar's Office for encoding of subjects.
5. Certificate of Registration (Reg. Form) will be released by the Registrar's Office during the face-to-face enrollment as a proof of their registration for 2nd Semester. A.Y 2022-2023.
NOTE!
Online Pre-Registration DOES NOT mean that you are Officially Enrolled for this 2nd Semester, A.Y 2022-2023. You still need to undergo face-to-face enrollment procedure at the Campus on your respective schedule that will be posted.
FOR NEW STUDENT /TRANSFEREE

To all Graduates of Class 2022 na hindi pa po nag-claim ng kanilang graduation pictures last Saturday, maaari po tayong magclaim ng ating graduation pictures sa Registrar's Office every Thursday ONLY, from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Dalhin lang ang iyong opisyal receipt na katunayan na fully paid na tayo. Para doon sa may mga existing balance ng payment sa grad. picture, need po natin mai-settle ito bago po makuha ang inyong graduation pictures.
Sundin po natin ang schedule ng araw sa pag-claim ng graduation pictures dahil hindi po tayo mai-intertain ng Registrar's Office if sa ibang araw po tayo pumunta.
