In line with our commitment to fostering a gender-fair, inclusive, and compassionate community, we proudly present the GADvent Tree: Messages of Love, Respect, and Equality. This meaningful initiative serves as a space where students can freely express their reflections, hopes, and advocacies in support of Gender and Development.
Through this symbolic tree, we invite everyone to write and share heartfelt messages that uphold the values of dignity, mutual respect, non-discrimination, and empowerment. Each message placed on the GADvent Tree becomes a reminder of our collective responsibility to promote safe spaces, challenge harmful stereotypes, and cultivate understanding among all individualsโregardless of gender.
As we celebrate this season of giving and unity, may every written note inspire awareness, compassion, and positive change. Let us continue building a community where equality is practiced, voices are heard, and kindness is strengthened.
Together, let us fill the GADvent Tree with words that illuminate the true essence of love, respect, and equality. ๐งก๐ฒ

The whole team came together once again as we prepared our college decorations for the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW. From brainstorming colors and layouts to painting banner and adding the final creative touchesโeveryone poured their heart into making our space meaningful and empowering.
It was lively, a little messy, and filled with teamwork. Students shared ideas, helped each other out, and discovered hidden artistic skills along the way. Every brushstroke, every cutout, and every detail tells a story of unity and advocacy.
These behind the scenes efforts remind us that creating a VAW-free community starts with small acts of collaboration and passion. ๐ช๐ป๐
