Role of the College Extension Services (CES)
The office of the Extension Services Unit of the College is anchored on the delivery of basic services needed by the community it serves. It covers various programs from information dissemination to training and upgrading of desirable skills that will promote personal and national development. Cognizant to this, the CES prepares, coordinates consolidat
es and operationalizes the extension programs of the College and likewise recommend policies on extension for the attainment of its objectives and render better service to target beneficiaries. Technology Transfer
This aim to develop viable projects that is technology generated for adaptation and utilization by the target community. This includes short-term programs such as livelihood and other training activities design to develop manpower and sustainability development.
2. Continuing Education
This involves development of behavioral changes in knowledge, skills and values. The method of delivery includes traditional types of classroom lectures and actual application of activities.
3. Environment and sustainable development
This aims to increase awareness on the importance of preserving the environment through worthwhile activities and projects thereby promoting people empowerment and sustainable development for a better future of the next generation.
4. Health, nutrition and population
This is design to develop good health practices and maintain a sound and healthful living by way of seminar, lecture and the like. It is also intended to educate the people on matters pertaining to population growth, control and it significance to national development. Thrusts
